5. Medical Care & Referral

Our services do not replace consultation with a qualified medical professional.

If a client’s condition appears to require medical evaluation, diagnosis, treatment or emergency care, we may recommend or request that the client consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

In an emergency, clients should seek appropriate emergency medical assistance immediately.

6. Consent & Physical Touch

Some wellness sessions may involve appropriate physical touch or pressure.

Sessions are performed only with the client’s consent. A client may ask questions, request modification, or stop a session at any time.

Separate consent may be required for photographs, videos, testimonials or promotional use.

7. Appointments

Appointments may be booked through our website, phone, WhatsApp or other available channels.

Clients are requested to arrive on time. Late arrival may reduce the available session time.

Sparsh Mitra reserves the right to reschedule an appointment because of practitioner availability, operational requirements or safety considerations.

8. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Clients are encouraged to provide reasonable notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.

Any applicable cancellation, advance-payment or refund policy will be communicated at the time of booking.

10. Training & Career Programmes

Sparsh Mitra may provide educational or practical training related to acupressure and wellness.

Completion of a Sparsh Mitra training programme does not automatically constitute a medical qualification, medical licence or authorization to diagnose or treat medical conditions.

Participants are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, registration requirements and professional-scope requirements applicable to their location and activities.

11. Centre Setup & Business Support

Where Sparsh Mitra provides guidance relating to starting a wellness centre, such guidance may include general information about training, setup, documentation, branding, marketing and operations.

Such guidance does not constitute a guarantee of business success, customer numbers or income.

No specific income or return is guaranteed.

12. Website Content

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on our website accurate and useful. However, wellness information is provided for general educational purposes and may not apply to every individual.
